To strengthen the innovation of market supervision mode according to the requirement of “power delegation and tightened oversight” is an important content of the reform of “Delegating powers，Improving regulation and Strengthening services”，and also an important way to change the functions of the government. On the whole，the innovation of market supervision mode can be divided into three main stages：focusing on “innovation of basic system”，“construction of supervision platform” and “optimization of supervision mechanism”. In view of the weakness of current government regulation in behavior oriented mechanism，meta-regulation and new things/new business regulation，we can further promote the innovation of government regulation in accordance with the ideas of “performance oriented regulation”，“process based regulation” and “risk-based regulation”.
