This article，based on the 20 years of reform of administrative approval system in Ningbo，summarizes its general results，direction of development，main methods and practical cases in 2018-2019，examines the problems to be solved in the process of promoting the reform，and provides suggestions for further deepening the reform. The achievements in Ningbo’s reform exploration are manifested mainly in the following practices of four integrations：promoting the integration of service windows，constructing the framework of one-window service；promoting the integration of service platforms，realizing the ‘one-city solution’；developing the integration of approval criteria，creating the great institution of integrated approval；promoting the integration of internet data，constructing the system of one-network circulation. Facing the future，the forward-looking direction of deepening the reform of the administrative examination and approval system is：1. Always stick to the “people-centered” reform direction and adhere to the “people’s perspective”；2. Make great efforts to complete the key articles of “centralization to integration” and build a “holistic government”；3. Make every effort to accelerate in-depth integration of “online and offline” to break down the “information islands”；4. The rapid transformation of “miniature tree to landscape” is promoted at full speed，and the “leverage effect” is exerted.
