With the increase of car ownership，China’s parking demand has further increased. “Parking difficulty” has become an urgent problem to be solved in urban development. By analyzing the environment of policy，economy，technology and society，industrial scale and industrial competitiveness affecting the development of intelligent parking industry，this report summarizes the problems existing in industrial development，such as imperfect policy system，insufficient parking space supply，a wide variety of smart parking applications and industrial management coordination mechanism needs to be improved. By analyzing the development needs of intelligent parking industry and summarizing the development trend of intelligent parking industry，this paper forecasts the growth，capacity and profitability ability of intelligent parking industry from 2021 to 2025，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of intelligent parking industry in China. Firstly，straighten out the management system，clarify the competent authorities，and uniformly organize，coordinate and promote all work. Secondly，prepare special static traffic plan. Thirdly，speed up urban parking legislation. Fourthly，establish a unified intelligent parking platform in the city.
