文化标识不同于一般意义上的符号、要素、象征、图形、地标,作为复合系统,因其品牌化、个性化、视觉化和易传播等特点越来越受到文化建设者的青睐。上海、湖南、浙江、山东、福建等省份纷纷出台政策措施打造各具特色的文化标识。江苏有打造文化标识的基础和紧迫感,文化标识的确立对江苏一体化发展、文化建设高质量走在前列、群众对文化建设认可度等方面有重要意义。目前江苏文化标识的打造与文化积淀存在现实背离,在整体谋划、品牌建设、个性挖掘、修辞表达、视觉呈现方面存在一定的提升空间。建议提升战略高度搭建组织架构,盘点文化要素编制文化标识清单,挖掘文化特色构建系统文案,发动省民评选调动全民参与,强化视觉呈现推动多元传播。
<<Cultural identity are different from signs,symbols,landmarks,figures,elements in general sense. As a composite system,cultural identity is more and more favoured by cultural builders because of its characteristics of branding,individuality,visualization and easy to spread. Shanghai,Hunan,Zhejiang,Shandong,Fujian along with other provinces have formulated policies and measures to create cultural identity with their own characteristics. Jiangsu has the foundation and sense of urgency to create cultural identity. The establishment of cultural identity is of great significance to the integrated development of our province,to lead in the high quality cultural construction,and to the public recognition of cultural construction. At present,there is a realistic deviation between the construction of cultural identity and cultural heritage,leaving room for improvement in strategic planning,brand hierarchy,personality mining,rhetorical expression and visual presentation. Hence we are proposing to promote to the strategic height and build organizational structure;Review existing cultural elements and compile the list of identities;Mobilize the masses to participate in the selection of cultural symbol;Explore cultural characteristics and form systematic documentation;Strengthen visual presentation and promote diversified communication.
