It has become a great interest for the people to learn how to promote the revitalization of rural areas from the construction of rule of law in the new era. Jiangsu received a great many achievements in both the area of rule of law in and revitalization of rural areas，in recent years，which would be important experience for the combination of the two issues. However，some practical problems should be considered seriously. It would be obvious to lead to the promotion of revitalization of rural areas，treating the problems of rule of law in rural areas correctly，and making appropriate efforts on the cooperation and institutional innovation.
