The rural grassroots party organizations are the foundation of all the party’s work in the rural areas，which play a leading role in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Jiangsu has laid a solid organizational foundation for the victory in poverty alleviation and continued promotion of rural revitalization by continuously strengthening the work of rural grassroots party building. During the strategy implementation of the poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Jiangsu province，the practical exploration of party building have actively carried out to lead rural revitalization in various localities，by pioneering unique practices，and accumulating some remarkable experience. After the completion of the task of poverty alleviation in the new era，the focus of the Three Agricultural Questions has historically shifted to promote rural revitalization comprehensively. However，in the new era，the rural grassroots party building in our province still faces some problems and shortcomings. In order to achieve the goal of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas，we will strive to improve the quality of rural grassroots party building in our province and actively empower rural areas.
