Taking the lead in building the modernization of common prosperity for all people is one of the paths to practice the beautiful blueprint of “Six Leadings in the Forefront” during the 14th five-year plan period in Jiangsu province. Recent years，by focusing on the goal of achieving common prosperity for all people，Jiangsu has continuously issued a series of policies and measures，such as，solving relative poverty，deepening rural reform，promoting urban-rural integrated development，innovating regional linkage development model and achieved remarkable achievements in promoting the modernization of common prosperity for all people. At present，the enriching effect of economic development still needs to be improved，regional economic development gap exists，the equalization level of urban and rural public services needs to be improved and the imperfect social charity industry system are still main restrictive factors to achieve common prosperity in Jiangsu. Under the background of high-quality development，we should adhere to the development of efficiency and inclusiveness and create the new growth engine of economic strength and common prosperity. And improve the income redistribution system and expand the scale of middle-income groups. As well as，promote High-Quality Economic Development and consolidate the institutional foundation of regional common prosperity.
