Based on the construction needs of the “Smart Yellow River” and “Ecological Yellow River”，this report introduces the development of ecological conservation informationization in the Yellow River Basin and the trend of cutting-edge technology. it analyzes and summarizes the construction status quo of the Yellow River with green and wisdom according to the aspects of standard and normative construction，informatization infrastructure construction and application platform construction. It also points out the key factors restricting the construction of ecological conservation informatization in the Yellow River Basin，namely，inadequate application of advanced information technology，insufficient standardization and lack of overall planning for the whole basin governance. Finally，the report pointed out the development trend of the Green and wisdom Yellow River in line with the concept of ecological civilization construction，as well as potential technological breakthroughs and innovative applications.
