The construction and development of urban green space is an important measure to protect the ecological security of the Yellow River Basin and improve people’s lives. This report summarizes the positive progress and remaining problems in the construction of green space in the provinces and cities of the Yellow River Basin in terms of the total amount of urban green space，construction quality，and management level，and puts forward policy recommendations from the aspects of adhering to planning，adhering to the classification and development，coordinating the natural and cultural resources of the Yellow River basin，and promoting the construction of the people-friendly system.
