This article introduces the development status，existing problems and countermeasures of Wushu social organizations. At this stage，with the continuous expansion of the scale of Wushu social organizations，new Wushu associations have been established in various provinces，cities and counties across the country. Wushu social organizations in various regions have made great contributions to inheriting traditional Wushu，actively organizing Wushu competitions，disseminating Wushu culture，and improving the physical and mental health of the people. However，Wushu social organizations generally face problems such as tight activity funds，insufficient full-time staff，backward management methods，imperfect legal system construction，and lack of specialized sports venues. In the future development，Wushu social organizations should expand funding sources，improve organizational management，improve system construction，actively develop social public services for Wushu，explore the spread of “Internet +Wushu” culture，and continuously promote the development of the Wushu industry.
