本报告梳理了中国武术企业的发展现状,剖析了中国武术企业存在的问题,并提出相关应对策略。现阶段,武术企业随着武术事业的进步而不断发展,在规模上、数量上呈上升趋势,新的武术企业在持续诞生,出现了多种经营模式,取得了一定的成绩。武术企业存在的问题主要表现为起步较晚,总体规模还十分狭小,在体育企业中并不占优势,缺少综合性的经营管理人才,在产品研发上较弱,创新性不足,市场较为混乱,没有统一的标准,缺乏品牌建设。在未来的发展中,武术企业要抓住时代机遇,拓宽发展思路,开发武术市场新领域,不断做大做强;培育一批优秀的武术企业家,提升经营人员的管理能力,健全武术市场的法律制度;加强武术产业的品牌建设,创建一批高端企业,推动武术产业的发展。
<<This paper introduces the development status,existing problems and countermeasures of Chinese Wushu enterprises. At the present stage,martial arts enterprises continue to develop with the progress of Wushu enterprises,with an increasing trend in scale and number. New Wushu enterprises continue to be born,and a variety of business models have appeared,and some achievements have been made. However,Wushu enterprises started late,the overall scale is still very small,not dominant in sports enterprises,lack of comprehensive management talents,weak in product research and development,at the same time lack of innovation,the market is chaotic,there is no unified standards and lack of brand building. In the future development,Wushu enterprises should seize the opportunities of The New Era,broaden their ideas of development,develop new fields of Wushu market,and constantly become bigger and stronger. To cultivate a group of outstanding martial arts entrepreneurs and management talents to create a strong martial arts industry company;Strengthen the brand construction of Wushu industry,create a number of advanced Wushu enterprises,and effectively promote the development of Wushu industry.
