本报告以中国全聚德(集团)股份有限公司为研究对象,基于实地调研法和访谈调查法,系统梳理了该公司国际化发展历程及现状,重点分析了该公司国际化发展的动因,以及国际化成功的关键因素。研究发现,企业战略驱动、国际市场缺位和国家政策引领是该公司国际化发展的主要动因;以文化传播为初心的战略坚定性、以国家政策为支撑的发展保障力、以产品创新为支撑的核心竞争力和以特许经营为模式的风险可控性则是该公司国际化成功的关键。结合国内外发展环境和企业自身发展实际,本报告认为,不断健全“老字号”文化传承与保护机制、推动产品技术创新和品牌国际化、加大总部对海外特许经营的管理与支持力度,以及注重企业文化价值与经济价值同频共振是助推该公司国际化和高质量发展的重要举措。
<<This report takes Quanjude as the research object,systematically combs the development process and current situation of Quanjude’s internationalization based on field research and interview survey,and focuses on the motivation of Quanjude’s internationalization development and the key factors for the success of internationalization. It is found that enterprise strategy drive,absence of international market and national policy guidance are the main drivers of Quanjude’s international development;The strategic firmness with cultural communication as the initial intention,the development guarantee force supported by national policies,the core competitiveness supported by product innovation and the risk controllability of franchising are the key to the success of Quanjude’s internationalization.
