<<BAIC group is an automobile company with a long history and a benchmark for the international development of China’s automobile industry. This paper takes BAIC group as the research object,expounds its basic situation,development process and international development status,and focuses on analyzing the motivation of BAIC group’s “going global” and the key factors of its internationalization success,which provides some enlightenment for the internationalization of Chinese enterprises under “The Belt and Road Initiative”. Research believes that “The Belt and Road Initiative”,the changes in the external environment,the fierce competition in the domestic automobile industry and the current situation of supply and demand in the global automobile markets have jointly promoted the international development of BAIC group. The formulation of BAIC group’s “gradual international development strategy”,the shaping of brand characteristics,the creation of technological development engines and the fulfillment of social responsibilities have provided inexhaustible impetus for the company’s overseas operations and development. The company’s efforts in responding to national policies,implementing transformation strategies,technology research and development,talent reserves,and fulfilling social responsibilities are worthy of reference for domestic enterprises.
