中国石油天然气集团有限公司是我国特大型国有能源企业集团,本报告以该公司为研究对象,首先,对其国内外发展历程以及“一带一路”倡议下的国际化发展现状进行了梳理;其次,具体分析该公司国际化发展的动因以及“一带一路”倡议下国际化的关键因素;最后,为我国企业响应“一带一路”倡议、开展国际化经营提供一些建议。研究发现:国际能源安全形势和我国能源安全局势是该公司国际化发展的重要动因,“一带一路”倡议则为其开拓共建国家油气市场提供了良好机遇;塑造品牌优势、注重多元互动、实施战略动态部署和培养企业文化是该公司服务“一带一路”倡议、实现国际化发展战略目标的关键因素。
<<CNPC is a large state-owned energy enterprise group in China. This section takes CNPC as the research object,and reviews its development process and the current situation of internationalization under the Belt and Road initiative. Then we focus on analyzing the development motivation of CNPC internationalization and the key factors of internationalization under the Belt and Road initiative. Finally,we provide some prospects and suggestions for Chinese enterprises to respond to the Belt and Road initiative and carry out international operation. We found that the international energy security situation and China’s energy security situation are the important reasons for the internationalization development of CNPC. The Belt and Road initiative provides a good opportunity for CNPC to deepen its international operations. The key factors of CNPC serving the Belt and Road initiative and realizing international development strategy are to build brand advantage,pay attention to the dynamic deployment of diversified interactive strategy and cultivate enterprise culture.
