北京企业是共建“一带一路”国家投资的“排头兵”和主力军，在2020年新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延背景下，北京企业在共建“一带一路”国家的投资出现了新变化。本报告对北京企业在共建“一带一路”国家的投资的形势、投资思路、投资现状、问题与建议进行了分析，并辅以典型案例说明。分析表明，首先，在2020年较为严峻的内外部形势下，北京企业在共建“一带一路”国家的投资规模明显下降，在投资区域中拉丁美洲比重凸显，投资行业仍聚焦能源和交通运输业，投资主体主要为在京央企，投资方式以绿地和非绿地并重。其次，部分北京企业砥砺前行，在疫情挑战下积极推进投资项目，取得了一定成绩。最后，未来北京企业在共建“一带一路”国家的投资可从医疗卫生、民生健康、重大公共危机应对等方面拓展思路。本报告旨在揭示北京企业在共建“一带一路”国家的投资现状并提供有借鉴意义的对策。
<<Beijing enterprises are the vanguard and main force of investment in the Belt and Road countries and areas. In the context of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic，new changes have taken place in the investment of Beijing enterprises along the Belt and Road. This report first analyzes the new situation of Beijing enterprises’ national investment along the Belt and Road，secondly puts forward an idea of Beijing enterprises’ investment in these countries and areas based on an analysis of Beijing’s investment positioning and investment advantages，then describes the current situation of investment by Beijing enterprises along the Belt and Road and introduces a typical case of Beijing enterprises overcoming the epidemic and continuing promote the Belt and Road Initiative，and finally analyzes and summarizes problems faced by Beijing enterprises in the 2020 new situation and provides relevant suggestions. This report aims to reveal the current situation of Beijing enterprises’ investment in the Belt and Road countries and areas and to provide reference for future cooperation countermeasures.
