北京自贸区的建立是新时期企业“走出去”的重要战略举措之一,其作为试点的一系列创新措施对企业对外贸易产生了重要影响。基于此,本报告首先梳理了北京自贸区成立的基本情况,包括其建立与战略定位、空间布局与规划、相关措施与保障机制等。在此基础上,又分析了自贸区建立对企业对外贸易的具体影响机制;评估了自贸区成立前后企业对外贸易的具体变动情况。最后,本报告分别从政府和企业两个层面提出了自贸区与企业对外贸易的相关建议。本报告对于北京市开创对外开放新局面,推动企业贸易发展、提升贸易质量等具有一定借鉴意义。
<<The establishment of the Beijing Free Trade Zone(FTZ)is one of the important strategic initiatives for enterprises to “go global” in the new era. With the continuous promotion of reform and opening up,its series of innovative measures as a pilot project have had an important impact on enterprises’ foreign trade. Based on this,this paper firstly compares the basic situation of the establishment of the Beijing FTZ,including its establishment and strategic positioning,spatial layout and planning,related measures and guarantee mechanisms,etc. On this basis,it also analyses the specific impact mechanisms of the establishment of the FTZ on enterprises’ foreign trade. Finally,based on the findings of this paper,relevant suggestions are put forward at both government and enterprise levels. The study has implications for Beijing in creating a new situation of opening up to the outside world,promoting the development of enterprises’ trade and improving the quality of trade.
