重庆市特殊教育中心为了解决体育教学中课程封闭单一、教学资源匮乏、参赛平台局限的问题,经过不断地探索,形成了以融合为引领的教学—训练—竞赛“三位一体”特色体育教育模式。该模式是指,在教学上,完善体育课程,确保“每天运动一小时”,开设多种运动项目,注重普及性与趣味性相结合,激发潜能;在训练上,开展多种形式互为补充的训练,整合校内外资源,聘请优秀教练,建设盲人综合训练基地;在竞赛上,提高参赛平台层次,实现与普通学生同台竞技,使学生的体育素养得到大幅度提升。通过对教育实践的总结,提出了视障教育学校体育教育发展的五条建议:建立完善的资源共建网及支持与服务体系,健全竞赛奖励机制,与相关高校共同开展运动员定向培养合作,多途径、多项目创造融合机会,提升视障教育学校体育教育水平。

In order to solve the problems of closed and single curriculum,lack of teaching resources and limited competition platform in physical education,Chongqing Special Education Center has formed a characteristic physical education model of trinity of teaching,training and competition under the guidance of integration,that is,improving physical education curriculum in teaching and ensuring “one hour of exercise every day”,set up a variety of sports,pay attention to the combination of popularity and interest,compensate defects and inspire potential;in terms of training,carry out various forms of complementary training methods,integrate internal and external resources,hire excellent coaches,and build a comprehensive training base for the visually impaired students;the competition platform has been improved to compete with healthy students,and the students’ sports literacy has been greatly improved. Through the summary of educational practice,this paper puts forward five suggestions for the development of physical education in visually impaired education schools:establish a perfect resource construction network and support and service system,improve the competition and reward mechanism,implement targeted training of athletes with relevant colleges and universities,create integration opportunities in multiple ways and projects,and improve the level of physical education in visually impaired education schools.
