The Rehabilitation Sports Family Care Plan for the Persons with Disabilities （Trial） issued by the China Persons with Disabilities Persons’ Federation requires the implementation of “rehabilitation sports family care service” for the persons with severe disabilities who are not easy to leave their homes or have family difficulties during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. As the first batch of pilot areas，Beijing won the bid in the form of public bidding and government purchase in 2018 and 2019 respectively. Beijing Haidian District Ang Chen Adaptation Sports Training Center organized and completed the service of “rehabilitation sports into the family” twice. During the implementation of the project，the pilot scheme of the project shall be designed scientifically，the preliminary preparations shall be fully prepared，the multi-party linkage shall be carried out，the resources shall be integrated to ensure the implementation of the project，the specifications shall be strictly implemented and the quality control shall be paid attention to. Through the implementation of the “three entry” service of sending rehabilitation sports training equipment，methods and services to the family，rehabilitation sports services have been provided to 6000 people with disabilities in Beijing，and the pilot work has achieved the expected results. There are also some problems in the pilot，such as lack of accurate service，lack of professionalism of sports fitness instructors for the persons with disabilities，lack of funds，short project cycle and so on. Based on this，this report puts forward relevant improvement suggestions.
