本报告运用文献分析和经验总结法,对中国残疾人体育专业人才培养的发展进行回顾和分析。本报告发现:中国残疾人体育专业人才培养可分为萌发准备、正式起步、多元发展、质量提升四个阶段;目前呈现人才培养目标个性与共性并存、人才培养课程体系进一步优化、人才培养层次趋于多元、师资队伍建设力度逐渐加大、学生发展水平稳步提升的特点;存在相关政策缺乏针对性、师资队伍力量相对薄弱、院校培养与现实需求存在差距、特殊体育专业毕业生流失严重、学生专业思想不坚定等问题。本报告根据存在的问题,提出加大落实学校层面的政策支持力度、构建残疾人体育专业人才培养平台、优化残疾人体育专业教师队伍、拓展特殊体育人才培育渠道、改进残疾人体育专业评价的建议。
<<Using the methods of literature analysis and experience summary,this study reviews and analyzes the development of sports talents training for the persons with disabilities in China. It is found that the training of persons with disabilities sports professionals in China has experienced four stages:germination preparation,formal start,diversified development and quality improvement;at present,it is characterized by the coexistence of individuality and commonness,the further optimization of talent training curriculum system,the diversification of talent training levels,the gradual strengthening of the construction of teaching staff,the steady improvement of students’ development and the need for policy support;there are also some problems,such as the lack of pertinence of relevant policies,the relative weakness of teachers,the gap between pre service training and current needs,the serious loss of graduates majoring in special physical education,and the instability of students’ professional thought. According to the existing problems,this study puts forward some development suggestions on building a training platform for persons with disabilities sports professionals,optimizing the team of persons with disabilities sports teachers,expanding the training channels of special sports talents,and improving the evaluation of persons with disabilities sports professionals.
