Improving the level of accessibility is an important requirement and foundation for hosting the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Based on The Accessibility Guide of the International Paralympic Committee，this article briefly introduces the definition，concept，content，principles and significance of accessibility. Then，through field survey and data collection，the status quo and existing problems of accessibility for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics were analyzed. The study found that the accessibility of policies，regulations and technical guidelines have been continuously enriched，the accessibility of competition venues has basically been completed simultaneously，and the urban accessibility has achieved remarkable results. The existing problems are：the guarantee of the rule of law needs to be strengthened；the supervision and management mechanism needs to be improved；the level of refinement and systematization needs to be improved；there are many problems in the remold；and the digital application is not enough. Finally，in order to promote the high-quality development of accessibility，this article puts forward six suggestions：raising awareness and deeply understand the importance of accessibility；accelerating accessibility legislation，and promoting the high-quality development of accessibility on the track of the rule of law；summarizing the practical experience of accessibility for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics；strengthening the promotion and training of accessibility concepts，laws，policies，and standards；effectively carrying out law enforcement inspections and evaluations for accessibility；accelerating digital applications，promoting the integrated development of accessibility.
