    中国残疾人学校体育发展报告(2021)

    摘要

    本报告采用文献研究法,对中国残疾人学校体育的发展进行梳理,发现残疾人学校体育发展经历了萌芽期、形成期和发展期三个主要阶段。对残疾人学校体育发展现状进行分析,得出结论:特殊教育学校的体育教育相对完善;特殊奥林匹克运动的蓬勃开展,丰富了智力障碍学生课外体育活动;特殊教育学校运动场地保障了特殊体育教育的顺利实施;国家高度重视普通高等学校中的特殊体育教育。残疾人学校体育发展存在的问题主要是:对特殊体育教育缺乏战略统筹;对随班就读体育教育不够重视;残疾学生体质健康评价机制尚未建立。对残疾人学校体育发展提出建议:需要加强特殊体育教育制度化建设;定期组织残疾人学校体育工作专项督导;开展残疾学生体质健康监测与评价工作。

    Abstract

    Using the method of literature research,this paper combs the development of school physical education for the persons with disabilities in China. It is found that the development of school physical education for the persons with disabilities has experienced three main stages:germination stage,formation stage and development stage. This paper analyzes the current situation of physical education development in schools for the persons with disabilities,and draws a conclusion:the isolated physical education in special education schools is relatively perfect;the vigorous development of the Special Olympic movement has enriched the extracurricular sports activities of students with intellectual disabilities;the sports ground of special education school ensures the smooth implementation of special physical education;the state attaches great importance to special physical education in ordinary colleges and universities. The main problems in the development of physical education in schools for the persons with disabilities are:the lack of strategic planning in special physical education;the importance of physical education in regular class is not enough;the evaluation mechanism of physical health of persons with disabilities students has not been established. Suggestions on the development of physical education in schools for the persons with disabilities:it is necessary to strengthen the institutionalization of special physical education;regularly organize special physical education supervision in schools for the persons with disabilities;carry out physical health monitoring and evaluation of students with disabilities.
