Based on the data related to the talent training of sports industry in the Yangtze River Delta from 2018 to 2021 and the demand data of Zhilian recruitment of sports industry talents in the Yangtze River Delta（2021 March-June），this report combs and presents the current situation and development trend of sports industry talents in the Yangtze River Delta. At present，the sports industry talents in the Yangtze River Delta are mainly supplied through school education，competitive sports system and enterprise training transformation. The demand side of talents is gradually adapting to the new trend of sports industry upgrading and integrated development. The exploration and practice of the Yangtze River Delta in building a talent training base for the sports industry and promoting the integration and re-upgrading of industry and education is at the forefront of China. However，in view of the mismatch between the supply and demand of sports industry talents in the Yangtze River Delta in terms of quantity，structure and quality，facing the future development trend of sports industry talents，this research puts forward some specific development suggestions，such as strengthening top-level talent planning，building an ecological system of talent training，and speeding up the regional flow of talents.
