本报告以长三角地区2018~2021年体育产业人才培养相关资料、智联招聘长三角地区体育产业人才需求数据(2021年3~6月)为基础,对长三角地区体育产业人才的供需现状、发展趋势等情况予以梳理呈现。当前,长三角地区体育产业人才主要通过学校教育、竞技体育系统和企业培训转化等来源渠道供给,人才需求侧正逐步适应体育产业升级和融合发展的新趋势。长三角地区在建设体育产业人才培养基地、推进产教融合再升级等创新载体、创新模式方面的探索实践走在全国前列。但鉴于当前长三角地区体育产业人才在数量、结构和质量方面的供求状况存在不同程度的错配关系,本报告面向未来体育产业人才发展趋势,提出加强人才培养顶层规划、加快人才培养生态体系建设、鼓励人才区域流动与合作等具体发展建议。
<<Based on the data related to the talent training of sports industry in the Yangtze River Delta from 2018 to 2021 and the demand data of Zhilian recruitment of sports industry talents in the Yangtze River Delta(2021 March-June),this report combs and presents the current situation and development trend of sports industry talents in the Yangtze River Delta. At present,the sports industry talents in the Yangtze River Delta are mainly supplied through school education,competitive sports system and enterprise training transformation. The demand side of talents is gradually adapting to the new trend of sports industry upgrading and integrated development. The exploration and practice of the Yangtze River Delta in building a talent training base for the sports industry and promoting the integration and re-upgrading of industry and education is at the forefront of China. However,in view of the mismatch between the supply and demand of sports industry talents in the Yangtze River Delta in terms of quantity,structure and quality,facing the future development trend of sports industry talents,this research puts forward some specific development suggestions,such as strengthening top-level talent planning,building an ecological system of talent training,and speeding up the regional flow of talents.
