Through the construction of “sports+” characteristic villages（residences），Jinhua City in Zhejiang Province continuously optimizes the external development environment of rural areas，promotes the two-way flow of elements such as talents，land and capital，makes sports a new driving force for rural revitalization，and makes a positive contribution to Zhejiang Province’s taking the lead in entering the stage of urban-rural integration development. This report combs and summarizes the development practices of 52“sports+” characteristic villages（residences）in Jinhua City，and summarizes their typical practices in consolidating the foundation of sports industry，innovating and developing the system and mechanism of rural sports industry，creating rural sports industry clusters，improving villages to enrich people and be good-living，so as to provide theoretical basis and experience references for sports to revitalize the development of rural areas.
