In recent years，strong environmental protection has pushed enterprises to comply with environmental protection，but the foundation of enterprise environmental management is weak，and the problems exposed after several rounds of inspections are still abounded. The country is actively promoting the establishment of a market mechanism for environmental services and encouraging the introduction of “environmental stewards” to provide integrated environmental protection services and solutions. The development of comprehensive environmental services represented by environmental stewardship is an effective way to professionalise and industrialise the construction and operation of environmental protection facilities，and is also a booster for the development of environmental services. This paper describes the environmental steward service model based on the synergy model，analyses the current situation and problems，and shares the practice and exploration of the Hebei Society of Environmental Sciences.
