In the process of rapid urbanization in China，extensive spatial management and deterioration of environment emerged. Environmental spatial fine management is an effective way to tackle with the regional contradictions between urban development and environment protection，as well as setting the environmental spatial planning and management in the front-end of urban environmental governance. By comparing the advanced urban environmental spatial management experience domestically and abroad，this paper explores environmental fine management strategy with spatial planning tools utilization and management system construction. The theory of urban environmental brain was raised to implement the urban spatial fine management scheme from multiple environmental factors. The results can provide the theoretical basis for systematic and scientific management of urban environmental spatial management.
