In 2020，Fengxian District will continue to promote the continuous optimization of the business environment while resolutely winning the battle of epidemic prevention and control. In 2021，based on its own development orientation，Fengxian District will further promote the reform of “release，management and service”，and achieve phased results in the optimization of business environment. Especially in the aspects of “one network”，serving the enterprises and project assistance，where Fengxian takes the lead in the city. Continuously optimizing the business environment and building a “cooperative government” is a new requirement，new path and new position for Fengxian District to base itself on the new development stage，implement the new development concept，comprehensively improve the regional core competitiveness，promote industrial agglomeration，stimulate the vitality of market subjects and enhance the perception of enterprises. This chapter combs the main work and achievements of optimizing the business environment in Shanghai and Fengxian District in 2021，finds the problems existing in the promotion of the work，explores the path of continuously optimizing the business environment in Fengxian District under the new situation，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for building a “cooperative government”.
