<<Based on the historical data of Fengxian District consumer goods market in recent five years,we analyze the development and operation characteristics of Fengxian District consumer goods market. Combined with the policy background of building an international consumption center city,promoting commercial digital transformation and launching the brand of “Shanghai Shopping”,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that the overall recovery trace of the consumer goods market in Fengxian District in 2021 is significant,and the enterprises above the quota recover rapidly. Online consumption showed a steady and positive development trend,the pace of consumption upgrading was accelerated,and the consumption of high-end products increased significantly. Regional coordination,online and offline integrated development lead the new consumption trend. The first store landing,brand launch and commercial complex signing have brought new impetus to Fengxian’s future commercial development. In the future,Fengxian District also needs to actively promote the digital transformation in the commercial field and develop the live broadcasting economy,cross-border e-commerce and first store economy. Fengxian District can also cooperate with business,culture,tourism,sports,pension and other fields to continuously promote the innovation of consumption mode,create new consumption hotspots and help the construction of Shanghai international consumption center city.
