This chapter aims to sum up the achievements of institution innovation in the China（Shanghai）Pilot Free Trade Zone Lin-Gang Special Area in the past two years. Then compare it with the high-standard economic and trade rules of CPTPP to find out the gap between the economic and trade rules of the Lin-Gang Special Area and the CPTPP standard. In order to accumulate experience and chips for promoting all-round high-level opening in deeper and wider fields and greater efforts，as well as for China’s accession to the CPTPP negotiations in the future，the Lin-Gang Special Area needs to benchmark the high standard rules of CPTPP，try first，increase the pressure test，and build it into a free trade park with international competitiveness.
