浦东作为改革开放的排头兵和创新发展的先行者，通过引领区建设辐射带动长三角地区一体化发展，是新时期浦东发展的重要使命。本文从经济规模、对外开放、技术创新、消费等方面分析了浦东开发开放以来经济发展取得的成就和在长三角地区所处的经济地位，从上海自贸区、科技创新中心承载区、市场监管改革、金融中心核心承载区建设等方面总结了浦东引领带动长三角地区发展的现状。在此基础上，从制度创新、产业集群共建、提供金融服务以及打造城市治理的标杆等方面，提出了浦东通过打造社会主义现代化建设引领区在长三角一体化发展中更好地发挥龙头带动作用的政策建议。
<<As a pioneer of reform and opening up and a leader in innovative development，an important mission of Pudong in the new era is to promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta by building a pioneer area for socialist modernization. This paper analyzes the economic development achievements of Pudong since its development and opening up and its economic status in the Yangtze River Delta region，and sorts out the main practices of Pudong to promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region. On this basis，we put forward policy recommendations for Pudong to drive the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
