创新政府的服务和管理是浦东引领区建设的重要保障，也是引领区建设的题中应有之义。近年来，围绕政府服务和管理的创新，浦东新区进行了大量卓有成效的探索与实践。围绕引领区建设的各项要求和任务，未来浦东新区应进一步创新政府的服务和管理，应坚持全局性、系统集成性以及“以人民为中心”的原则，开展理念创新、手段创新、目标创新、模式创新等多种形式的创新，建设数字政府、信用政府、法治政府、服务型政府和德治政府。

Pudong has accumulated a lot of successful experience and practice in service and management innovation of government.
