Developing accessible tourism is an important way to protect the tourism rights of persons with disabilities and old people. This report mainly analyzes the background，history，current situation and existing problems of accessible tourism development in Chengdu. The research found that the current national accessible laws，regulations and policies are gradually forming a system，and Chengdu has also made great achievements in accessible environment construction. However，the development of accessible tourism still faces many problems. among which the main problems are the lack of effective accessible environment facilities supervision，the insufficient supply of accessible tourism products，the backward of accessible concept，and the low level of accessible informatization. The report puts forward five suggestions：one is to optimize the operability of local laws and regulations；the second is to improve the supervision and reward mechanism；the third is to optimize tourism products；the fourth is to build a smart accessible environment；the fifth is to promote accessible tourism training.
