This article arranges the development history of information accessibility in our country，analyzes the historical progress of information accessibility laws，regulations and policies，and points out the current problems of information accessibility. The study found that there are five major problems and challenges：the lack of mandatory effectiveness and supervision measures at the system level，the general lack of supporting implementation methods at the policy level，the lack of full satisfaction at the demand level，the lack of a solid foundation at the technical level，and the lack of social consensus at the level of consciousness. Finally，it is proposed to speed up information accessibility legislation，clarify that government procurement catalog products must meet information accessibility requirements，increase the importance of information accessibility in the creation of civilized cities，strengthen supervision and implement clear penalties for violations，incorporate information accessibility into general education. system and establish of Information Accessibility Awareness Day.
