As “basic execution difficulties” have been solved on schedule，the information construction of execution has been developed effectively，but there are still many problems to be solved，especially the application of big data and intelligence degree，which are still to be improved. Furthermore，the information construction of execution should be further improved by figuring out ways to apply big data，artificial intelligence and other science technologies in combination with execution，alleviating burden and increasing efficiency for execution. This paper puts forward the design and application concept of big data and artificial intelligence technologies by analyzing problems in the information construction of execution，and then proves the advantages for applying big data and artificial intelligence in the execution of court by showing relevant functions of the smart execution system that is developed by the author with big data and artificial intelligence technologies and has been applied in practice，and further looks ahead to the prospect for judicial application of big data and artificial intelligence in the new era.
