The standard system for the standard construction of notary organization in Sichuan Province covers five items，including hardware construction index，information construction index，internal management system construction index，business construction index and team construction index，which can be further divided into 60 sub-items. Since the pilot was promoted in 2018，14 demonstrative and standard notary offices have met the standard and regarded as the reference for study. Currently，the standard construction project in Sichuan Province is now following a progressive principle，and promoted by adopting demonstration-led，comprehensive spreading and difficulty overcoming approaches，and is expected to be completed comprehensively in 2024. The standard construction project of notary organization in Sichuan Province is of referential significance to the modernized construction of notary organization in the country.
