近年来,发展如火如荼的短视频已成为法院宣传工作的新兴场域。运用短视频进行司法宣传,具有信息传播更有效、受众群体更广泛、传播效果更惊人等特点。通过短视频进行司法宣传,能促进法院与公众的理性交往、让公平正义以看得见的方式实现,并进占纷繁复杂的舆论场。通过分析TOP20法院抖音号的2887条短视频,展现短视频司法宣传的现状,总结法院在短视频平台面临的内容困境、运营困境和分发困境。由于短视频司法宣传工作需要专业性和社会性结合,亲和性和严肃性兼顾,垂直领域和泛娱乐领域并重,应从内容、运营和分发三个方面加以完善。
<<Over the years,short video has developed fast,and has become an emerging sector to publicize the court. In addition to transmitting information more effectively,reaching more audience groups,and exerting an amazing transmission effect,judicial publicity by short videos can also promote rational interaction between the court and the public,make justice visible and enter the complicated public opinion field. By analyzing 2,887 short videos published by the TOP20 TikTok court accounts,this paper shows the current judicial publicity by short videos,and summarizes the dilemma faced by courts in the short platform considering the content,operation and distribution. Since the judicial publicity by short videos requires equal stress on affinity and seriousness as well as the vertical field and pan-entertainment field,improvement should be made in content,operation and distribution.
