As one of the pilot regions implementing the reform of the division of complicated and simple civil procedures，Ningbo Court has operated the optimal route of judicial confirmation procedures for a year and a half. According to investigations，courts in the city have adopted many highlighted approaches in the new reform，and created many innovative modes of judicial confirmation procedures. However，problems can still be found in the unbalanced development of courts，and the big data difference. This investigation is made to know about the actual optimization of judicial confirmation procedures in all courts of the city comprehensively，and master the innovative approaches for the people’s court to implement the reform of complicated and simple procedures in all dimensions，further analyze current problems and difficulties in the judicial confirmation procedures，put forward the mode to improve the judicial confirmation procedures，and provide theoretical and practical reference to dig out the reform and innovation mode.
