The Supreme People’s Court printed and issued the newly revised Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of the Juvenile Court at the end of 2020，in which it re-defined the scope of case acceptance for juvenile court，explored the new ways to strengthen juvenile judicial authority in the new era，establish the judicial statistical indicator system of juvenile cases as well as the evaluation mechanism for the judicial work of juvenile，and make the juvenile trial more professional. Based on the physical and psychological characteristics of juvenile，this paper elaborates the urgency to further strengthen the juvenile protection，define the tenet and objective of juvenile trail，and analyze how to make the juvenile trial more professional from four aspects，i.e.，strengthening the construction of specialized institution for juvenile trial，defining the range of case acceptance for juvenile trial，unifying the standard of applicable laws，and improving the correction effect of actions.
