Yanqing district is an important part of Beijing ecological conservation area. It is a new requirement for Yanqing district to realize high quality development by maintaining ecological environment and realizing regional economic development at the same time of holding green Winter Olympics. However，due to the high professional requirements of alpine skiing，bobsleigh and luge，the weak mass foundation and poor accessibility of the venues，the utilization of venues and facilities after the Winter Olympic Games in Yanqing District is facing severe challenges. This paper analyzes the post-competition utilization of Sliding Center in four Winter Olympic Games respectively held in Saint Moritz，Turin，Vancouver and Pingchang，and summarizes the post-competition utilization characteristics of Sliding Center. Then based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of Winter Olympic venues in Yanqing area，this paper puts forward some suggestions for post-competition utilization，such as building a group development model，integrating into the construction of the international first-class，harmonious and livable city，deepening the integration of sports and education，expanding the content of introducing ice and snow sports to schools，realizing the development strategy of industrial differentiation and forming a mode with Chinese characteristics.
