This report analyzes the ecology of current Esports venues in China：commercial comprehensive venues，general theme Esports venues and professional Esports venues in the background of vigorous development of offline Esports events. The main research methods are literature research，interview research and onsite investigation. It offers insights into the current situation of the development of professional Esports venues in recent years and pointed out issues such as high construction and operation costs，single layout planning of venues and lagging implementation of preferential subsidy policies. Combined with the policy，social and technical factors during COVID-19 epidemic，the following suggestions are offered for the future development of Esports venues in China：controlling the total amount of newly built professional Esports venues；optimizing the layout；exploring diversified investment methods；making full use of the flow in business districts；building comprehensive business format and diversified business models；timely and effective implementations of support policies.
