在全域旅游转型发展期,优化重塑并传播良好的旅游目的地形象对厦门旅游产业发展具有积极的推动作用。本报告采用网络文本分析、问卷调查等方式收集一手资料,调查发现,厦门全域旅游形象传播存在以下问题:传播主体待拓展,游客居民未整合;各平台发展不均,新媒体互动显弱;旅游形象有短板,信息接收存差异。对此,报告提出以下对策建议:拓展传播主体,悦纳游客居民;挖掘媒介潜力,强化互动效果;补足形象短板,创新传播方式。
<<In the period of all-four-one tourism transformation and development,optimizing,reshaping and spreading good tourism destination image will play a positive role in promoting the development of Xiamen tourism industry. The report collects first-hand information by means of network text analysis and questionnaire survey,and finds that there are some problems in the spread of tourism image in Xiamen. Tourists and residents have not become effective communicators. The development of media is uneven,and the interaction of new media is weak. There are some shortcomings in the construction of tourism image,and differences in the audience’s reception of tourism image information. In this regard,it is proposed to develop tourists and residents into effective tourism image communicators;tap the potential of media and strengthen the interactive effect;make up for the short board of image and innovate the way of comm-unication.
