Tianjin has formulated and implemented a series of policy documents，made detailed arrangements for the requirements of the central government，and orderly and steadily promoted the “double random and one open” supervision of various departments and cross departments under the leadership of the market supervision bureau. It has formed major experiences such as “comprehensive coverage as the basis，key supervision as the supplement”，“timely updating inspection items according to time and situation”，“credit supervision，classification and classification”，“departmental combination，convenience and efficiency”. However，at the same time，there are some problems，such as imperfect joint random inspection mechanism，insufficient specialization of law enforcement team，blind area in data collection，untimely update of one list and two databases，insufficient connection with other supervision methods and so on. In the future，we should continue to strengthen the coordination and cooperation between departments，optimize the allocation of law enforcement personnel，increase the scope of data collection to reduce the blind area of supervision，achieve the normal update of one order and two databases，and strengthen the supervision of social industries.
