本文以河南省文化资源为研究对象，在摸清河南文化资源家底、弄清哪些是河南优势文化资源的基础上，集中对河南文化资源开发利用现状进行全面的梳理，总结了以往开发利用的经验与不足，进而为实现河南从文化资源大省向文化强省的跨越，提出了新的开发利用路径。
<<This paper studies the culture resources of Henan province，and based on making certain the background of the culture resources of Henan province and the contents of its preponderant culture resources，this paper focuses on combing out the exploiting situation of the culture resources in Henan，makes a conclusion on the experience and deficiencies of the exploitation in the past，and thereby brings forth new approaches to exploit these resources so as to achieve the transformation of Henan from a culture resource province to a culture power.
