Based on the evaluation data of land conservation and intensive of development zone in Shandong Province from 2013 to 2018，through the in-depth analysis of the current situation and changes in land use within the legally approved scope of development zones，the current level and dynamic trends of conservation and intensive use，and the characteristics of regional differentiation，clarifies the problems existing in land use，and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems，so as to further promote the economic and intensive land use of development zones and promote high-quality development.
