This paper，based on the retrospect to and reflection on the process and achievements of the collaborative construction of China’s art education in the past decade，makes a systematical demonstration of the guidelines，promoting plans，basic position and mechanism-construction of the collaborative construction of art education in the “12th Five-Year Plan”，and thereby puts forwards eight measures to promote the collaborative construction of art education in the “12th Five-Year Plan”.
