Shanghai economy is a typical innovation-oriented economy，service-oriented economy，open economy，headquarters economy and flow economy，namely “five-type economy”. In the complex situation of global economic recovery，strengthening and optimizing the “five-type economy” is an effective way for Shanghai to improve the city’s energy level and core competitiveness and build the “five centers”. In the international and domestic double circulation node，as the new force of Shanghai’s development of “five-type economy”，private enterprises seize the opportunity to develop high-quality，to promote the development of Shanghai’s “five type economy” has very important strategic significance. This report analyzes the advantages of private enterprises in Shanghai to develop the “five-type economy”，points out the existing problems and bottlenecks，and give some suggestions of private enterprises in Shanghai to promote the development of the “five-type economy” from the government level，social level and enterprise level.
