Art Science is an important component of philosophy and other social sciences，and the administration of the scientific researches on arts is an essential guarantee to promote the scientific research on arts.This paper，based on the retrospect to and conclusion on the achievements in the administration of scientific researches on arts in the “11th Five-Year Plan” period，states that the “12th Five-Year Plan” is an important period for the development of the scientific researches on arts，and the administration work has a long way to go with heavy responsibility.To further promote the development of the scientific researches on arts，the administration work should promote development through innovation，which should cover the following specific measures：intensifying the consciousness of responsibility and improving the administrative competence of the administration team，consolidating the foundation of researches and providing a favorable external conditions for the scientific researches on arts，encouraging the administration team to make breakthrough and produce competitive products，broadening the teams horizons and integrating resources to bring into being composition of forces，and combining the construction of art science discipline and the fosterage of talents to build the scientific research team and administration team of art.
