The digital new technology transformation represented by the Internet，Big Data，Artificial Intelligence，Blockchain，Cloud Computing and the Internet of Things has accelerated the business integration，model innovations and structural reconstruction，and has become a new engine and new momentum to promote the development of Shanghai’s great health industry. This paper mainly pays attention to the following three problems. Firstly，this paper analyses the current situation，characteristics，problems，challenges and opportunities of the Shanghai’s great health industry development which is promoted by the new digital technology. Secondly，this paper discusses the development trend of the new digital technology application in Shanghai’s great health industry. Finally，relevant policy suggestions are made for the challenges and problems faced by data security and fairness，big health industrial structure and big health matching.
