文化产业是文化与经济相互融和的先导型产业,发展文化产业需综合考虑市场需求、政策推动、特色促进、集约经营、整合发展、活动经济、项目带动和企业主体等基本要素,探索适合我国的发展模式。近年来,我国文化产业在地域层面、产业集聚园层面和文化企业层面都涌现了一些成功案例,其发展模式及经验值得分析和总结。当前,我国文化产业发展面临管理体制滞后、市场观念模糊、人力资源短缺、缺乏核心竞争力等瓶颈制约,突破瓶颈首先要创新文化管理体制,转变政府职能,其次要适应市场化、全球化、数字化等发展趋势,不断提升企业的竞争力。
<<Cultural industry is a leading industry with the integration of culture and economy,and development of cultural industry needs to consider basics such as market demand,policy promotion,distinguishing feature promotion,intensive management,integrated development,activities economy,projects and enterprises,in order to explore the development mode suited for China.In recent years,some successful cases of cultural industry have emerged in China in the regional level,agglomerative zone of cultural industry level and cultural enterprises level,and their development mode and experience are worth analyzing and summarizing.At present time,development of China’s cultural industry is facing bottlenecks such as management system lag,fuzzy concepts of market,human resource shortages,and lack of core competitiveness.In order to break through those bottlenecks,firstly we need to bring forth new ideas to culture management system,and transform the function of the government,then adapt to the trends of marketization,globalization and digitization,and gradually promote the competitive capacity of enterprises.
