In 2021，the natural gas industry in Henan Province thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s inspection of Henan’s important speech，anchor the “two guarantees”，continue to strengthen block production target responsibilities，and continue to improve the province’s natural gas pipeline network channels and gas storage peak-shaving capabilities. It effectively guarantees the stable supply and demand of natural gas throughout the year. In 2022，driven by the continuous recovery of the province’s economic operation and the acceleration of the pace of clean energy replacement，it is expected that the province’s natural gas consumption will continue to maintain a steady and rapid growth. In order to improve the ability of natural gas supply guarantee in Henan Province，it is recommended to accelerate the promotion of natural gas pipeline network interconnection，balanced distribution of gas source supply，strengthen the construction of natural gas network terminal distribution capabilities，further improve the natural gas production，supply，storage and marketing system，and use the “Henan model” of natural gas to promote build a green，low-carbon，safe and efficient modern energy system.
