In 2021，with the overall planning of epidemic prevention and control，post-disaster recovery and reconstruction，and economic and social development，economic operations will generally maintain a recovery trend. Henan vigorously promoted the construction of infrastructure such as crude oil reserves，refining and chemical integration projects，and continuously optimized the pipeline network layout. The oil product supply capacity was steadily improved，and the oil product supply and demand throughout the year were generally stable. In 2022，as the order of production and life in Henan is restored and residents’ travel demand is released，the consumption of refined oil will increase slightly，and the supply and demand of oil products in the province will remain loose. In the context of the dual-carbon target，in the face of market demand shrinking and industry transformation and development needs，while strengthening oil product supply capacity and stabilizing market supply，we should actively explore the road of low carbonization and decarbonization business transformation，and improve green production capacity of products and sustainable development capacity of the industry.
